There are so many ways to cheer up your day. This i'll tell you how the cheaper one.
1. Wake up in the end of night, then sholat tahajud
This is the most important one for us.
2. smile in front of mirror, 2cm right, 2 cm left, for 7 second
3. take one deep breath, feel that happiness flow slowly, full your body and you soul
4. say alhamdulillah..........
that we have time today to make everything better than yesterday.
give thanks to Allah, and surely Allah will add our blessed
5. Sodaqoh,give the best things that we have today to the other cause Allah.
Just because Allah then you will feel happier than before.
if we sodaqoh in the morning, angle will pray for our blessing.
